Abstract

This paper presents the advances of psychology in relation to lawyers working strategies in the courtroom. Processes such as jury selection, speech presentation, handling of witnesses, credibility control, etc. are reviewed, All these forms of intervention are analyzed taking into consideration the contexts in which they are most effective, Concrete strategies for different contexts are specified.
