Usefulness of evaluation in community social services.

Abstract

Over the last years, programme evaluation in the social services has experimented a great development. The interest in studies and reflections about the way in which it is being carried out has grown. At the same time, the usefulness and importance of the institutional implementation of programme evaluation has become clear, since it contribute both to the improvement of professional practice and to the assessment of the final results of social policies.
