Abstract

A revision of the cognitive-behaviour treatments applied to the reduction or removal of delusions in psychotic subjects is presented. The efficacy of these operations in the cases in which single case experimental designs have been used, the possible efficacy predictors of these treatments and the methodological problems found are also presented.
