Forewords to the dossier on empirically validated psychological treatments

Abstract

In this work we presented the dossier about empirically validated psychological treatments, that include the 1993 report of the Task Force on Promotion and Dissemination of Psychological Procedures of American Psychological Association, and a critical review about your content. In this foreword we presented our procedure for the elaboration of the dossier, a comparative analysis of aforementioned report and your consecutive updates, and a analysis of the recent context in our country (Spain) with regard to the subject under discussion.
