A treatment programme for adjustment disorders. A case study

The Adaptive Disorders (TA) constitute an important problem of health for the personal. social and economic implications that they carry. They have a discharge prevalence and provoke a high economic cost (associated with fails and decrease of the labor performance). Nevertheless, nowadays taken minutes treatments based on the evidence do not exist for these disorders. In this work, across a study of case, let’s sense beforehand a program of treatment (cognitive-behavioral) that includes strategies of Positive Psychology and that uses technologies (skills) of virtual reality (“ EMMA’S world “), which aim is to help the person not to overcome only the stressful event and the consequences that it has had in his/her life, but also to learn of the happened. so that she should work out strengthened of this situation
