The objective of the study is to make a comparison of the health variable (GHQ-28) from the point of view of adopters and non-adopters parents and analyze your relationship with life satisfaction (SASS, FHM). They involved a total of 693 fathers and mothers, of whom 134 correspond to the sample of adoptive families and 559 families group control (35 to 65 years). The comparison was made through the Student T- statistic and relations intra-group through the Pearson correlation index. In terms of results, the adoptive families concern better levels of health than non-adoptive families and an average of higher life satisfaction. Intra-group analyses show positive correlations between health and life satisfaction.
