The paper continues showing how Family Mediation, unlike other conflict resolution measures, especially the judiciary, contributes to learning skills for personal growth and improvement for the whole family system. Finally, it describes the developmental process that Family Mediation has had in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, as well as its current state, with the goal of establishing a series of recommendations that would favor its necessary consolidation.
