Occupational Psychology: new perspectives

Abstract

Last April, the First National Congress of Occupational Psychology was held, bringing together nearly 700 professionals from across Spain who work as psychologists directly involved with businesses and committed to addressing their challenges. I have already had the opportunity to explain the reasons behind the Congress and its implicit objectives. However, the very dynamics of the congress participants established a set of thematic priorities that will shape the future of occupational psychology.
