Abstract

The present article attempts to analyze the role of psychologists in non- government organizations (NGOs) and the prospects these organizations offer for the development of psychology. We begin with a few relevant theoretical considerations and a review of the few studies carried out in this field. We then present the results of a questionnaire designed specifically with the purpose of studying the relationship between Psychology and NGOs, administered to colleagues that work or cooperate with various NGOs active in Andalusia.
